If your regular computer consultant is not available, then whoever attends will be fully aware of the configuration and issues faced. We regularly discuss our customers internally to ensure we are fully up to speed.


​We always implement a primary and secondary computer consultant. This means you are familiar with a consultant but the secondary consultant is no stranger either. You will have seen him. This is beneficial to cover holidays etc. of our consultants.

​You can pre-pay for consultancy time and simply pay a reduced monthly fee and we will then provide you with any amount of hours a week, month or year.

Independent advice. We are resellers for various manufacturers but we do remain independent. If you want us to review a product or solution which we do not sell we are happy to do this. Our consultantscan explain these proposals in plain English so you fully understand it. We often help business select an IT software product which is supplied by someone else. Our customers rarely have an IT department to perform this role for them. We can do this.

Flexible & Direct Support

In today’s modern technology world it is inevitable that problems will arise within your IT infrastructure. So we can provide a variety of support options from fixed prices to time based support to suit your needs.   Here is a summary of the support options we can offer.

Telephone and Remote Support


This is our entry-level contract.  It covers telephone and remote assistance on any of your IT problems.  A support call is defined as hardware or software that was working, but has since stopped or is not working correctly.    


Onsite Server Support


Covers the most critical computer in your business, namely the server.  It covers onsite visits for up to one day per incident included in the price.  Additional time required to resolve the issue is charged at a reduced rate.  Typically server issues are resolved within a few hours especially if preventative maintenance has been performed regularly.  The price is per month per server.  If you do not call us out within your contract period, a discount will be offered with your contract renewal.


Onsite Network Support


If your server and PC’s cannot communicate with each other but are working individually, this is the support contract required. This contract covers problems associated with the network, typically Broadband Routers, Firewalls, Network switches and cabling.  Prices are charged per month. If you do not call us out within your contract period, a discount will be offered with your contract renewal.


Preventative Maintenance Visit


This contract is invaluable.  We can attend site at an agreed interval and duration to ensure the server and PC’s are updated with the latest Windows security updates.  We also ensure that the server has enough disk space, check backups, run a test restore and complete other relevant checks.  Prices are charged per month and vary depending on the duration of the visit and the frequency.


Pre-Paid Consultancy


This is a way to have a monthly cost for consultancy.  You may decide you want us for 2 days a year.  We give you a discounted price and allow you to spread the cost of the consultancy over 12 months.


Tailored Contracts


We are able to adapt a contract to meet your specific requirements.  If the above support options do not fit with your organisation we can tailor a support contract that does.


Holiday Cover for IT Staff


We are able to provide remote and onsite cover when the person responsible for IT is away on business, off sick, and holidays. We charge based on how many days holiday cover you require and split that cost over 12 months to give you a monthly fee. This is a discounted rate.  Any unforseen cover required will be charged separately at the reduced rate.


All Inclusive Support


We cover your IT for a fixed cost and it includes some extra benefits.  This is priced per person that uses a computer and covers all costs.

Secure Cloud Backup

Backup is critical for all businesses. Typically servers are backed up each night and this is good practice. 


However there is often critical information or data, which could be backed up more regularly, or data that is not being backed up at all, for example: -


  • Frequent Backups of your accounts system automatically. 
  • Sales people may have laptop and rarely visit the office. With online backup there laptops could be backed up overnight. It could even then synchronise this information to your server, for extra resilience.
  • Backing up your photos once a week or once a month could prove invaluable if you were to have a problem with your computer. 

This solution is completely managed by 3it. It does use the Internet to store the files, which we have complete control over. It can also be configured to store files on our servers. The benefit of this is that you have local offsite storage and we can readily download the information if required.


The data is stored with the highest level of security. Your files are safer stored in the online backup than they are on your PC or server currently. 


We use the same level of security as financial institutions and the military. A username and password and encryption key is required to access your backups. This is the only way the data can be restored.


INCLUDES 100 days retention of all files deleted or changed.

We design, supply, install, terminate and test Cat5e and Cat6 cabling networks to a professional standard, adhering to all installation standards and manufacturer guidelines. We are an authorised partner for Excel Cabling products and as such are able to offer the 15-25 year warranty scheme that they provide for there installed components. Our engineers have been installing and certifying Structured Cabling Networks for over 15 years and are skilled in the design and installation of Cat5e, Cat6, Voice Cabling, Multimode & Singlemode Fibre Optic Cabling and AV and Boardroom Installations.

  • If it is a PC or Laptop we completely reload with latest build of Windows.  We also ensure all the latest updates.  We alo install any Antivirus software and other products we can before we visit site.

  • This service is included and would approximately be £75.00 of our time to complete with the same item purchased from the Internet.  
  • We will also liaise with the manufacturer should their be an issue whilst it is in warranty.

Therefore it could make us cheaper!
