Support
We have a range of flexible support contracts to assist
you in the day to day running of your system. They cover
telephone and remote support, servers, network and onsite
visits. We also offer preventative maintenance visits - this
is where we visit and check that the server and PC’s are
performing correctly and all security patches etc. are
implemented.
Even if you do not have a support agreement with us
and have a problem, we are only a call away. We will give
you a free estimate as to what is involved in resolving the
issue. You may want to use our services more regularly and
then we can discuss the support options with you.
