Support Contracts - Without a call centre.  One call between you and a technical person.

Our strength is offering direct contact with IT support staff.  When you have an IT issue all you want to do is tell someone to fix it.  You can speak to a technical person immediately and explain your problem to some who understands.  We will then fix the issue remotely or via a visit.  You do not have to log a call with someone who does not understand, wait for a reference, wait for a call back, explain the issue again, and wait for the problem to be fixed.
 
We offer a completely tailored contract.  This can be holiday cover for your IT person.  Or completely tailored to your specific requirement.
 
One call, explain the issue once to a technical person, leave the rest to us.   The types of contracts we offer are below but remember we can tailor these.
 
We also offer free support whilst you are in a notice period with your current support company.
 
If you are a new business, start up or a company without IT support currently, we offer 3 months free support .
 
Telephone and Remote Support
 
This is our entry-level contract. It covers telephone and remote assistance on any of your IT problems. A support call is defined as hardware or software that was working, but has since stopped or is not working correctly. Telephone or remote response is given within 4 hours. Prices are per month and are based on how many computers your business uses.
 
Server Onsite Support
 
Covers the most critical computer in your business, namely the server. It covers telephone and remote support and onsite visits for up to one day per incident included in the price. Additional time required to resolve the issue is charged at a reduced rate. Typically server issues are resolved within a few hours especially if preventative maintenance has been performed regularly. We will respond in a maximum of 4 hours if within a 100-mile radius of Bury St. Edmunds. The price is per month per server. If you do not call us out within your contract period, a discount will be offered with your contract renewal.


Network Onsite Support
 
With the Internet and e-mail becoming increasingly important to businesses these areas are frequently not included in a support contract. This contract covers problems associated with the network, typically Broadband Routers, Firewalls, Network switches and cabling. If your server and PC’s cannot communicate with each other but are working individually, this is the support contract required.
 

Preventative Maintenance Visit
 
This contract is invaluable. We can attend site at an agreed interval and duration to ensure the server and PC’s are updated with the latest Windows security updates. We also ensure that the server has enough disk space, check backups, run a test restore and complete other relevant checks. We check that all PCs have the latest Windows security updates installed and that the antivirus software is up to date. Prices are charged per month and vary depending on the duration of the visit and the frequency.
 
General Consultancy
 
This is where we visit site and become your IT department. This may be to help with an office move, install equipment, attend meetings or advise on IT strategies. You may give us a list of tasks and we would aim to get as many completed as possible within the visit. This is an efficient and cost effective way to resolve your IT issues. Prices are charged per month and vary depending on the duration of the visit and the frequency.
 
All contract we will respond in a maximum of 4 hours if within a 100-mile radius of Bury St. Edmunds. Prices are charged per month. If you do not call us out within your contract period, a discount will be offered with your contract renewal.  We can change the response time if you wish.
